This turntable is in perfect condition. Cosmetically the system is stunning to look at, and is in 100% Mint condition. All lettering is perfectly intact, and there are absolutely no marks, scratches, or abrasions to be found on it.
The SME IV.Vi tonearm use the Series V magnesium arm tube, along with ABEC-7 bearings. The Series IV.Vi is designed specifically with moving coil cartridges in mind. 50 guage Magnan type Vi internal wiring provides sonic excellence, along with virtually zero mechanical impedance on the bearings. Tracking force is applied statically, further reducing any mechanical impedance on the bearing.
The power supply unit is suitable for AC 115 & 230V +/-10% - 50/60Hz.

On/off and speeds are selected by a rotary switch and indicated by L.E.Ds.
Twenty-turn trimmers give fine adjustment through the following ranges:
33 1/3 = 27/40 rpm. 45 = 40/50 78 = 60/100
