The room is a single room with a dobble bed and two cupboards for all your stuff and a desk.
The house is comlete equipped. We have a big livingroom with TV,
DVD-player, internet, complete kitchen, washingmashine, a big bathroom
with a shower and 4 other rooms.
Next to our house ther ist the statione centrale. So you have the
supermarket witch is open until 11 o clock p.m. and the green and the
yellow u-tube.
Also the busses stop directly in front of our house all night long.
The single room costs 475 euro per month and then there are the cost for gas light and
electricity (15 per month) and internet if you want (20 euro per
month)
For the guarantee deposit you pay 2 rents (475€ x 2)
