WHAT?
A single room is going to be free in our flat!
WHEN?
Starting from end of June/ begin of July
WHERE?
Our flat is located very close to the Pirelly Palace, more precisely our right address is Via Filzi 23... it is between Place Repubblica and Central Railway station ... this means that you can reach the Centre of the city and all the most amusing places in Milano (Porta Venezia, Corso Como, Corso Buenos Aires and Corso Garibaldi) only by walking ... in 5-10 you can reach Piazza della Scala, using the tram number 2, which stops just close to our address!
PUBLIC TRANSPORTS?
By walking only 100/200 meters... you can take both the green line (underground line 1... Central Railway station) and the yellow line (underground line 3... stops Repubblica & Central Railway station). Moreover you will have the chance to use all trams passing through the Central Railway station... you can use the “Passante ferroviario” which stops just 200 meters from our address. Finally, if you need to fly, you can take all special bus for the Airports (Malpensa, Linate and Bergamo Orio al Serio) which stop just close to the Central Railway Station... In short wording: you will live very close to the city center and at the sametime you will be connected to the world.
HOW IS IT?
The flat is large and nice... you will find: 1 entrance hall, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 single rooms, 1 double room, 1 large balcony (in the front side of the flat) where you will have a beautiful view on the city and you will have enough room for having dinner with your friends, 1 more balcony (in the backside of the flat). Moreover you will have the chance to park your car very easily and to keep your bicycle or scooter in a safe place.
WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN?
The flat is rich of furniture. You will find: Internet connection and telephone, a Bang-Olufsen tv, a Kenwood hi-fi stereo and a beautiful view... but I am not goint to descibe it more... because the best thing for you is to visit it !... thus we will have also the chance to know us each other :o)
WHY?
You should take this chance quickly because the flat is really nice and the furniture has been choosen with care and taste, it is lighty and it offer you a beautiful view on the city. It is located within a luxury condominium and in an area very well served by the public transports: the best place in Milano to move inward and outward the city.
YOUR FLATMATES?
In the flat, we have an age range between 26 and 33 years and all of us work as employees in some offices. We have different working times, but we like to share our spare times during the evening, talking or having dinner together. Who would be our favourite flatmate? ... A person who would like to share with us this nice atmosphere and who can provide us some good references about his job. Our flat has a gender mix (at the moment, 1 female and 3 male) and eveyone is able to speak English.
